An individual convicted of murdering their two infant children is set to receive taxpayer-funded breast augmentation surgery after identifying as transgender.
Criminal’s Identity Change
Previously known as Jason Michael Hann, the person adopted the name Jessica Marie Hann and began identifying as a woman in 2019.
Move to Women’s Prison Population
Following an executive order, Jessica Hann was moved to the women’s general prison population after a brief observation period.
