Damning Allegations for Joe Biden in FBI Informant Record

Recently released by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), an unclassified FBI form documenting conversations with an informant contains serious allegations against President Joe Biden. The informant, referred to as a “confidential human source” (CHS) in the document, discussed conversations with Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Ukrainian oil and natural gas company Burisma. Notably, Burisma hired Hunter Biden as a board member during the Obama-Biden administration, despite the conflict of interest with Joe Biden handling Ukraine matters as Vice President. At that time, Burisma was facing a corruption investigation.

The allegations outlined in the form are as follows:

1. A top Burisma official named Vadim Pojarskii reportedly said that the company hired Hunter Biden to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.”

2. During a meeting at an outside coffee shop, Zlochevsky allegedly stated that Hunter Biden would take care of issues related to the investigation by former Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, which could impact Burisma’s prospective IPO in the United States.

3. This meeting occurred around the time Joe Biden made a public statement about Viktor Shokin being corrupt and advocating for his removal from office.

4. Zlochevsky mentioned that it took $5 million to pay one Biden and another $5 million to pay the other.

5. Although Zlochevsky reportedly considered Hunter Biden “stupid” and his dog “smarter,” he believed it necessary to keep Hunter on the board.

6. Zlochevsky claimed that both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden instructed him to hire Hunter.

7. When advised to fire Hunter and address the investigation internally, Zlochevsky dismissed the concern, saying the issue would go away.

8. Zlochevsky asserted that it was too late to change his decision, implying he had already paid the Bidens to handle the Shokin situation.

9. After Donald Trump’s election, Zlochevsky expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome and claimed he was pushed to pay the Bidens. He also stated that Shokin had been fired and no current investigations were ongoing.

10. Zlochevsky asserted having text messages and recordings that indicated he was coerced into making payments to the Bidens.

11. In a 2019 call, Zlochevsky denied sending funds directly to the “Big Guy” (Joe Biden) but suggested it would be difficult for investigators to find evidence of illicit payments.

12. On June 29, 2020, the CHS reported that Zlochevsky mentioned having “17 recordings” involving the Bidens, with two involving Joe Biden and 15 involving Hunter Biden. He also claimed to possess documents showing payments made in exchange for Shokin’s firing.

The FD-1023 form, which includes these allegations, can be accessed here.

The release of this form has sparked significant controversy, as it implicates President Biden in a potentially unethical and politically charged situation involving Burisma. The matter is likely to be closely scrutinized by both political parties and the media.
