Devon Archer Testifies on Burisma Holdings and Biden Brand Influence

In a recent testimony before House investigators, Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s close business associate, revealed details about the involvement of the “Biden brand” in Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company facing legal challenges and corruption investigations. Archer stated that the company would have faced dire consequences if not for the influence associated with Joe Biden’s name, which the former vice president promoted during phone calls with Burisma executives.

Archer recounted a specific incident in December 2015, where Burisma co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky and executive Vadym Pozharski pressed Hunter Biden to seek assistance from Washington, D.C., regarding Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the company for corruption. Later, Joe Biden publicly boasted about the firing of Prosecutor Shokin during a visit to Ukraine in 2015, after which Shokin was indeed dismissed.

Archer claimed that Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, frequently made calls to Washington, D.C., discussing legal matters. During these conversations, Joe Biden was put on speakerphone multiple times to promote “the brand.” The Biden name also featured during a dinner in China with Jonathan Li of Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), a company in which Hunter Biden and Archer held interests through a shell company called Rosemont Seneca Thornton.
