Johnson Backs Trump’s Immigrant ‘Poisoning’ Comment, Denies Hateful Intent

Calling the situation at the border a “humanitarian catastrophe,” Johnson has been vocally urging President Biden to take decisive action on the migrant crisis. He has been particularly insistent on implementing tougher immigration policies.

Linking Immigration Policy to Ukraine Funding

Johnson and fellow House Republicans have set stringent immigration reforms as a prerequisite for passing Biden’s funding request for Ukraine.
