Chair of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer (R-KY), suggested on Friday that former President Barack Obama may well have been aware of the international dealings of the Biden family with adversaries of the United States.
During his appearance on the Great America Show, hosted by Lou Dobbs, Comer hinted at the possibility of Obama being aware of the Biden family’s ventures.
Obama ‘knew what Joe Biden was doing’ suggests Comer
Comer mentioned, “I believe, Lou, that it’s because he knew what Joe Biden was doing the last year of his vice presidency,” referring to the substantial payments amounting to millions the family’s enterprise amassed.

Biden family guilty of influence peddling – Comer
On Wednesday, Comer disclosed that the family enterprise had accumulated over $10 million through ventures in Romania and China over several years, which appeared to be a case of influence peddling.
Comer continued, “He knew his son (Hunter Biden) was no good, and he knew this was nothing but a political liability not just for our country, not just for the democrat party, but for Obama’s legacy,” implying that a significant part of these events unfolded during Obama’s tenure.

Biden’s family dealings the reason Obama was hesitant towards Joe Biden’s 202 presidential bid
Comer also suggested that Obama’s understanding of the family’s commercial activities could have influenced his reluctance towards Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential bid.
Comer elaborated, “So, I think that’s why Obama didn’t want Joe Biden to run for president. I think they knew about this,” referring to the enterprise. “And remember, a lot of these coverups would have happened during the Obama administration with Obama appointees in these deep state bureaucracies.”
Comer suggested that Obama should be questioned whether or not he was aware of the Biden family’s dealings, “This would be a great question for Obama: Were you aware of what was going on with Joe Biden with respect to foreign policy and some of these ragtag countries around the world?”
