House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., has criticized a photo showing then-Vice President Joe Biden alongside Amos Hochstein, a current adviser linked to Hunter Biden, aboard Air Force Two during Biden’s 2015 trip to Ukraine.
The photo, taken by White House photographer David Lienemann, captures a briefing between Biden and Hochstein on their way to meet Ukrainian leaders in Kiev on December 6, 2015.

Amos Hochstein, who currently serves as President Biden’s special presidential coordinator, was in communication with Hunter Biden and associates at Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings while Hunter served on the firm’s board.
Emails reported by Fox News Digital revealed this correspondence.

Stefanik referred to the photo as “damning” evidence that Joe Biden and senior officials in his administration were aware of Hunter Biden’s questionable foreign business dealings.
She noted that the photo was taken before Joe Biden’s meeting with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, during which he threatened to withhold U.S. aid unless a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma was fired.
Stefanik stated that House Republicans would continue their investigations into Biden’s involvement in his family’s business affairs, suggesting that the evidence indicated Joe Biden’s potential compromise.

The photo and timeline of communications and meetings between Hochstein, Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden raise questions about the extent of their interactions during Hunter’s time on the board of Burisma Holdings and the implications of those interactions.
