Injuries on the Rise

Emergency services were called into action as the number of migrants injured in their efforts to cross the border surged, with 26 cases reported in just one week, San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond reported.

A Challenging Weekend

The situation intensified over the weekend, with 16 migrants receiving medical care. These incidents involved families, underscoring the desperate measures some are taking.

Unprecedented Numbers

Jim Desmond revealed concerning numbers on X, highlighting that more than 11,000 migrants were left at a single station within 16 days.
