CAR’s Security Diversification

As revealed by presidential spokesperson Albert Yaloké Mokpème, CAR is actively working to diversify its security partnerships. This includes engagements with various countries, such as the United States, Russia, Angola, Morocco, and Guinea, to reconstruct and train its national army.
